Please note that the schedule for this session of Boot Camp has been adjusted due to the coronavirus. The session begins one week later than originally planned and will begin on May 11 and end on June 4. This class meets on Mondays, Tuesdays, and Thursdays with occasional Wednesdays. Wednesdays classes are scheduled when there is a conflict with one of the other days. An updated schedule of classes will be given at the beginning of the session. There will be no class on May 5 and May 25. Class will be held on Wednesday, May 6 and Wednesday, May 27.

Make fitness fun with a combination of strength, cardio, muscle endurance, and core exercises. This 45-minute class is a team environment where your instructor and fellow Bootcampers will motivate and challenge you to reach your potential. It is designed to build strength and fitness through a variety of intervals. From circuit-style routines to muscle-toning exercises with dumbbells, and even using your own body weight, each class will challenge you differently. All fitness levels are encouraged. Participants will need to bring a set of weights with them to class. Instructor: Freeseman
