This workshop will teach you the skills needed to upkeep a healthy sourdough starter; provide you a bread recipe; guide you through hands-on practice of stretch and folds, and show you how to shape the dough, prior to baking. Whether you are a novice or have some experience with sourdough, this workshop offers the chance to inquire, gain practical knowledge, and enjoy the process of creating a wholesome and tasty bread! This class provides you with 50 grams of a strong sourdough starter, a dough whisk, dough scraper, bread lame, basic sourdough recipe and instructions.
