Help your child be a great babysitter by expanding their skills and confidence to provide safe and responsible care when asked to babysit. Designed for students in fifth grade and above, this course teaches basic first aid, caring for infants and young children, meal preparation, and child development. Upon completion of the course, your child will receive a Babysitting Basics Certificate. Cost of the program includes lunch as well as some babysitting essential items. This class is for both boys and girls. Grade 5+. Instructor: ISU Extension Education and Outreach
