Studies show line dancing to be beneficial in areas such as memory, balance, cardiovascular, and vertigo. You will receive personalized attention to help you achieve the art of dancing. Remember we all learn at different levels, so if you join this class, be patient and understanding with yourself. The dances will come over time.
