Looking for the ultimate dance class? Join our class to exercise your body and mind, meet new friends, or bring friends with you, all while dancing to lively upbeat music of all types of genres. Studies show line dancing to be beneficial in areas such as memory, balance, cardiovascular, and vertigo. You will receive personalized attention to help you achieve the art of dancing. Remember we all learn at different levels, so if you join this class, be patient and understanding with yourself. The dances will come over time.
